Located in the regional township of Daylesford, the Tyrepower facility is conceived as a clear and efficient hybrid of customer-facing retail and back-of-house servicing. The project balances a strong street presence with the practical demands of a high-functioning automotive workshop.

The front of the building is dedicated to a refined showroom environment, presenting tyres, accessories, and customer service areas in a clean, legible layout. Large glazed openings establish a visual connection to the street, inviting passersby while reinforcing brand visibility and trust. The spatial arrangement prioritises clarity of movement, allowing customers to intuitively navigate the space from entry to service desk.

Behind, the building transitions into a robust warehouse and servicing zone designed for efficiency and durability. This area accommodates vehicle servicing bays, storage, and operational workflows, with a layout that supports seamless vehicle movement and staff productivity. Materials shift from the polished presentation of the showroom to hard-wearing, industrial finishes suited to daily mechanical use.

The overall form expresses this duality—public and private, refined and utilitarian—through a simple yet purposeful architectural language. The result is a cohesive facility that enhances customer experience while delivering a highly functional working environment tailored to the needs of a regional automotive service provider.
